Intake Verification Notice

Final review services may require identity, property, document, and ownership verification before any review is provided. This protects the client, prevents misuse of the intake form, and ensures the review is based on legitimate documents submitted by the proper party.

Initial consultations are scheduled by appointment. ARKYN Group may require the first consultation to be conducted in person before any detailed review begins. Phone or email follow-up may be used after the initial consultation when appropriate.

We do not share client documents, contact information, property information, or consultation details with competitors, contractors, service providers, marketers, advertisers, or outside parties for solicitation purposes.
