ARKYN Group does not determine physical property conditions, determine cause of loss, determine scope of covered loss, calculate insurance claim value, estimate covered damages, prepare insurance claim documents, supplement insurance claims, negotiate claims, interpret policy language, or communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
No Property Inspections
ARKYN Group is not a licensed home inspection company, structural engineering firm, or contractor. We do not inspect roofs, evaluate structural conditions, determine code compliance, measure property damage, diagnose construction defects, or perform physical property evaluations.
No Public Insurance Adjusting
ARKYN Group is not a licensed public insurance adjusting firm. We do not prepare, file, report, negotiate, adjust, supplement, estimate, or settle insurance claims, and we do not determine cause of loss, amount of loss, scope of covered loss, claim value, coverage position, depreciation, policy benefits, or settlement amount.
We do not interpret insurance policy language, advise clients regarding insurance coverage, communicate with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients, or represent clients in any insurance claim. If a matter involves an active insurance claim, policy interpretation, covered-loss determination, claim settlement, or communication with an insurance carrier, clients should consult a licensed public adjuster, qualified attorney, or appropriate licensed professional.

ARKYN Group may assist with internal business-process organization, documentation standards, sales communication standards, CRM process structure, administrative workflow, and pricing presentation. ARKYN Group does not guarantee regulatory compliance, legal enforceability, insurance outcomes, project outcomes, court outcomes, claim outcomes, or financial results.
